PRACTICE NURSES

Senior practice nurse Jeanne Rooney provides a comprehensive service dealing with minor accidents and injuries, wounds and dressings, blood and urine tests, blood pressure measurements, cardiographs, injections and vaccinations, family planning and cervical smear tests. The team is complemented by our health care assistant Brenda Stephens.

They provide expert nursing in your home, assessment of your health needs, advice on any matter of health concern, continuing care after discharge from hospital.

AUDIOLOGY

Selma Becker is a hearing aid audiologist who will conduct NHS hearing tests on referral by the doctor. She will also supply and service private hearing aids (no referral is required).

She offers advice and help on health topics for all age groups.

Baby clinic on Thursdays 1.00 - 2.30pm.

DISTRICT MIDWIFE

She provides antenatal care at our clinic, antenatal classes, advice on hospital facilities and postnatal care for you and your baby when you get home.

IAN RENNIE NURSES AND THE MACMILLAN SERVICE

They provide specialist advice on care, support to patient and family in the home, daycare and volunteer practice help, together with bereavement counselling.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST/ACUPUNCTURIST
