MISSED APPOINTMENT If you book an appointment and no longer require it please cancel it.

VIRTUAL PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP SURVEY RESULTS 2012/13
We have had a Patient Participation Group for many years “Friends of Southmead”. We decided to set up a Virtual Patient Participation Group in November 2011. We continue to advertise this on notice boards within the surgery, on our website and on the television in the waiting room. This ensures that a representative group has been achieved.
Many thanks to everybody who completed & returned the patient survey questionnaire and to those of you who attached additional comments.
